UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

The following delivery options are available at checkout:

Standard Delivery – £4.99
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days

Express Delivery – £6.99
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days

FREE Standard Delivery
Available on orders of £50 or more.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in working days. Weekends and UK public holidays are not normally considered working days.

Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly. During particularly busy periods, promotional events or public holidays, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to amend the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated times stated above, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or unusually high demand.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter with the delivery provider.

If your parcel or products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number together with photographs of the damaged parcel and/or products where appropriate.
